Surf Custom Feeds Are Discoverable on Bluesky Directory

This week, we announced​, in collaboration with Flipboard, that custom feeds created in the Surf app are now discoverable on Bluesky Directory, opening up hundreds of curated feeds to the broader Bluesky community.

Custom feeds represent a significant and welcome change to the way people experience social media. Instead of one “For You” timeline created by mysterious platform algorithms, users can have multiple feeds tailored to their interests.

Surf makes creating these feeds simple by combining Bluesky profiles, keywords, hashtags, and Starter Packs into focused streams right within the app. Creators can add filters to keep content on topic and block bad actors.
